Pilot & proof

- Assign at least one policy acknowledgement with due dates and automated nudges.
- Hold a 30-minute staff huddle to review delivery logs, opt-outs, and exceptions.
- Collect member feedback from the pilot group; capture quotes and friction points.
Checkpoint: pilot event closed with attendance + acknowledgement completion above 90%.
Days 15-30
Scale & handoff
- Expand audience: onboard full membership and committees with tailored welcome notes.
- Publish a monthly cadence: weekly digest, events calendar, and board updates.
- Enable exports + audit: show leadership the delivery, RSVP, and acknowledgement proofs.
- Finalize admin playbooks and escalation paths; schedule quarterly review with Verity.
